Training

Quality Training is at the heart of our service

Careline Nursing provides mandatory and specialist training courses to our staff, clients, external organisations and individuals.

We also have an in-house CPI Safety Intervention Trainer.

Over the past two years we have invested heavily in the provision of learning and development for our care staff and business partners in every aspect of care giving including clinical, medicinal, pre-inspection reporting and compliance services, operational policy development and effective business planning to guarantee that we remain one of the national market leader.

Our initial training goes far beyond the standard requirements to ensure all carers are not only proficient in their skills but demonstrate a high degree of sensitivity and awareness which cultivates into genuine attentiveness of our clients.

Our mandatory training exists to ensure that all workers are competent to the appropriate level and exceeds expectations, please see below the mandatory trainings that we provide;
